Otherwise, do not attempt to open it, leave the package in as-received condition and contact the carrier within 1 business day to report the damaged package. Requirements for refund:
Items must be in new condition in original packaging (Apparel and Helmets must have original tags attached)
Installed items that show installation marks of any kind are USED and cannot be returned.
Items with Bolt marks, Abrasions, Opened Shrink Wrap packages or any indication that the item is not NEW will be refused.
Return must be accompanied by a receipt or packing slip showing your order number
You must initiate the return within the number of days indicated on the eBay listing.
You must Obtain an RMA and Shipping Address Prior to Returning the item.
