Vtg Betsy Wetsy doll 17″ rooted hair, sleepy eyes, squeaks, 4 outfits Ideal Toys.
Here’s a really sweet vintage Betsy Wetsy doll, in very good condition.  Her face is perfect,  from her big blue eyes (which open and close easily) to her pink pouty lips, she’s just such a cutie.
She has rooted blonde hair, which has thinned a bit, see photos. She’s stamped Ideal on both the back of her head and on her upper back. Her arms and legs move freely. Their soft vinyl is still in great condition and they have no stains or marks that don’t beling there. Nice & clean!
The slightly harder vinyl body has aged to a slightly different color,  but I think that’s typical for these dolls.
Squeeze her chest and she cries!
She comes with the 4 outfits shown in the photos.  I’m pretty sure they are all home made. No tags in any and they just have the home sewn look to them. The romper outfit with the hat is the only one that MIGHT not be home made.
All in all, she’s in awesome shape and just waiting for a collector to scoop her up!
